We use a number of highly-effective adjusting approaches to help improve spinal biomechanics and reduce nervous system interference.

Activator Methods®

This is a system of spinal evaluation combined with a handheld adjusting instrument that delivers a consistent, low-force thrust. read more>>

Cox Flexion-Distraction

We use a special table so we can traction your spine, opening up the spacing between spinal vertebrae and relieving pressure to spinal. read more»

Diversified

After identifying which vertebrae have lost their normal motion or position, a specific manual thrust is applied to free up “stuck” spinal joints. read more»

Gonstead

This full spine approach relies on X-rays and a heat-sensing instrument for a thorough evaluation and documented results. read more»

Thompson

Thompson Terminal Point technique is a system of analysis and a special table that reduces the amount of energy needed to adjust your spine. read more»

Laser

This high-tech tool produces light in the red portion of the spectrum, which has been shown to assist in the healing of soft tissues. read more»

Individual treatment sessions can be scheduled with or without an scheduled adjustment. Individual Laser treatments cost $30 per session, or can be packaged for $150 for 6 treatments (6 sessions for the price of 5).

Extremities

Ultrasound

This high-tech deep tissue “micro-massage” helps reduce swelling, increase blood flow, decrease pain, reduce joint stiffness and stimulate cell-repair. read more»

In addition, every patient receives a G5 vibration massage prior to and immediately following their adjustment.
